1. Q: “Tell me if the product I want is available”
A.: Log in to pcshop.gr, find the product you want to buy and you will find all the information from available stock to expected and expected delivery date
When a product is in short supply and has not been expected for more than 4 weeks, it no longer appears in the search.
When you place an online order you will see details of the quantity of the product available.
We cannot inform you over the phone about the availability of the products because they are constantly changing and our information may not be valid at the time you want to make your purchase.

2. Q.: “Tell me the price of the product I want”
A.: Log in to pcshop.gr, find the product you want to buy and next to it you will see its price. We cannot give you information about the prices of our products over the phone for operational reasons.

3. Questions related to RMA and Service
A.: First read the instructions in Service and Product Returns and if you still have doubts call the RMA /Service department at 801 700 7 RMA (762).

4. Q.: “How can I become a PcShop customer”
A.: Enter pcshop.gr, then enter the "become a partner" menu and follow the process.

5. Q.: "Can you help me login to the site?"
A.: To log in to the site, enter your last name and first name in Greek capitals in the username, exactly as it is written in the white field of your customer card, and in the password enter the code, as you see it in the orange upper part of the customer card, with the little dashes in between.

6. Q.: "I am a new customer and I would like help to register my first order"
A.: Next to the description of the product you want to buy, put the quantity you want and press the "cart" button. Then, go to the "cart" menu, select and complete your order.

7. Q.: "Can I receive an electronic order with my own courier?"
A.: You can select from the "basket" in the order entry, in the "shipping method" the "pick up from the store" and send your own courier to pick it up for you.

8. Q.: “Can I change/add something to the order I have already placed?”
A.: If you want to change your order, please call PcShop service at 801 700 SHOP (7467).
If you want to order additional products, you must register a new order.

9. Q.: “When will my order be executed?”
A.: You can track the progress of your order by going to the “Cooperation” > “My Orders” menu.

10. Q.: “I cannot register my order”
A.: Please call the PcShop telephone service at 801 700 SHOP (7467) or send an email to team@pcshop.gr.

11. Q.: "What are the opening hours of the PcShop stores?"
A.: The shops are open from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The Athens service department operates from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Thessaloniki service department operates from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

12. Q.: "I do not have the right to order online at pcshop.gr"
A.: Please call the PcShop telephone service at 801 700 SHOP (7467) or send an email to team@pcshop.gr.

13. E.: "Product prices do not appear on pcshop.gr"

14. Q.: "I am a new customer and I have not yet received my passwords to log in to pcshop.gr"

15. Q.: "From which carrier/courier will I receive my order?"
A.: To see from which carrier/courier you will receive your order, go to the "cooperation> my orders" menu, select the order and you will see the carrier/courier and its tracking number.

16. Q.: “There is a problem with the delivery of my online order”

17. E.: "I would like to change the method or place of delivery of my online order"

18. Q.: “I would like to make a phone order”
A.: To make your purchases at PcShop you can:
     1. Shop at the Athens and Thessaloniki stores.
     2. Register your online order at pcshop.gr.
(In PcShop you cannot place orders or reserve products over the phone for operational reasons).

19. Q.: "When registering my online order by mistake, all or part of the amount has not been deposited"You will have to deposit the exact amount and I will take possession.

20. Q.: "I have forgotten my customer card.Can i come to the store to shop?"

A.: If you have lost your customer card you must follow the procedure for issuing a new card at pcshop in the ??? menu.If you have forgotten it, you can exceptionally come with your ID to the service department at 5 Eirinis street in Ag.Ioannis Rentis and at Volos 5 inThessaloniki.

21. Q.: "I am your customer.I am closing my company and opening a new one with a new VAT number.Is my customer card valid?

A.: You will have to redo the process of issuing the customer card with the details of your new company.

22. Q.: "If my card is damaged or broken will i be charged for its replacement?

A.: It will be replaced with a new card at no adittional cost.
